These terms govern your use of the Sticky for Claude macOS app and the stickyforclaude.com website, provided by GR Learning LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. What Sticky for Claude is

Sticky for Claude is an independent macOS client that drives your own installation of Anthropic’s Claude Code CLI in floating windows. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. “Claude” is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC, used here only to describe compatibility. Using Claude through the app is subject to Anthropic’s own terms, including that Claude Pro and Max subscriptions are for individual, personal use only, while businesses, teams, and automated workflows must use Anthropic API billing.

2. Free trial and license

The app is free to try for 7 days. After the trial, a valid license key is required to keep sending messages. A license is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on up to 3 Macs that you own or control. You may deactivate a Mac from the app’s settings to free a seat.

3. “Lifetime” updates

A license is a one-time purchase with no recurring fee, and includes updates for the commercially reasonable lifetime of the product, that is, for as long as we continue to develop and distribute Sticky for Claude. It does not guarantee the product will be maintained forever or that any specific feature will be added.

4. Acceptable use

• Don’t redistribute, resell, or share your license key.
• Don’t reverse-engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the app’s licensing.
• Don’t use the app for anything unlawful, or in violation of Anthropic’s terms.

We may revoke a license used in breach of these terms.

5. Your content

Your conversations and files stay on your Mac. You are responsible for your own use of Claude and for any content you process through it.

6. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every configuration or future version of macOS or Claude Code.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GR Learning LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

8. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
