Conductor is a Mac app for orchestrating several Claude Code agents in parallel: each agent works in its own isolated git worktree, inside one big workspace window where you review and dispatch work. It's excellent at what it does.
Sticky for Claude solves a different problem: it keeps Claude visible above the app you're already working in. Its floating windows stay on top of everything, even true fullscreen, so you can run Claude Code next to your editor without ever switching contexts. One-liner: Conductor gives Claude a bigger window. Sticky for Claude makes Claude float over yours.
